Help with the 8C lunar calendar and planning app.
Email 8C Support
Signing in
8C uses passwordless magic-link sign-in. Enter your email address in the app, then open the link sent to that address on the device where 8C is installed.
If the sign-in email does not arrive:
- check your spam or junk folder;
- confirm that the entered email address is correct;
- wait a few minutes before requesting another link; and
- open the newest sign-in link on your mobile device.
Calendars and events
Each 8C calendar is organized around lunar cycles. You can add events, assign dates or moon phases, reorder events, and add notes.
Changes are synchronized through your account. If recent changes are not visible, confirm that your device has an internet connection, reopen the app, and make sure you signed in with the correct email address.
Shared calendars
A calendar owner can invite another person by email. The invited person must sign in using that same email address to access the shared calendar.
If a shared calendar does not appear:
- confirm that the invitation was sent to the correct address;
- sign out and sign back in with the invited address;
- open the invitation link on a device with 8C installed; and
- ask the calendar owner to send a new invitation if needed.
Members of a shared calendar can view and edit its content. Only share a calendar with people you trust.
Leaving a shared calendar
Use the calendar menu in 8C to leave or hide a shared calendar. Leaving a shared calendar removes your access but does not delete the calendar or its content for the owner and remaining members.
Privacy and account deletion
To request access to or deletion of your account and personal data, email support@8calender.app from the email address connected to your account. We may ask you to verify your identity.
Calendar content shared with other members may remain available to those members after your account is deleted.

Reporting a problem
When contacting support, please include the steps that caused the problem, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, or other sensitive information.
